The African Feast

In April a big event with the students of Rabenstein took place. They could participate in workshops of different themes for three days. The motto was “Experience Africa with all your senses”. The highlight was a celebratory feast on Saturday the 9th of April 2011.

Many friends and inhabitants from the village of Rabenstein came to admire the work and artwork of the students, which were presented by them. People were coming to celebrate with us, to dance, to drink palm-wine, and to try plantain and yam.

The Nigerian music group "Agidigbo“ joined us to bring an African flair to the festivities.
